DISPATCH
Orders are processed as soon as possible and usually within 2 days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays). In exceptional cases, due to high demand or other reasons, order processing may take longer but every effort will be made to complete and despatch your order promptly. Any exceptional delays out of our control will be advised on our Instagram page, the website and by email.
DAMAGES
Once an item is dispatched from our premises, we are no longer responsible for any damages but are willing to help if contacted APPROPRIATELY via [email protected]. If a dispute occurs customers should contact us within 24HOURS with pictures, to find a solution otherwise we will not be liable for any problems.
REFUND POLICY & DELIVERY
Please refrigerate Seamoss UPON ARRIVAL and at all times when not using. If a parcel is delivered over a week from the DISPATCH DATE, we advise that you FREEZE the Seamoss in a plastic container, in order to obtain the maximum use out of it as it is a living organism.
We use Royal Mail [first class signed for] delivery. We cannot control Royal Mail so if a parcel is lost, we advise that you call them as soon as possible to rectify this issue. We are happy to help however, we are no longer responsible at this time but we can advise you and help as best as we can. If no parcel is received within TWO weeks, we will compensate with a partial refund of 50% and a 10% Discount on your next order as a good will gesture.
